Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to anyone who registers, deposits or plays at Manitoba Casino. They start to apply at sign-up and govern every login, spin, bet and cash-out. The lights are bright and the rules are clear. One read is enough to play knowing exactly where you stand.
1. Saying yes to these terms
1.1 Sign up or place a bet, and you agree to these terms. Not on board with them? Then skip the account and skip the games.
1.2 Our Promotion Terms, Your Privacy, About Cookies, Safer Play, Anti-Money Laundering Policy and 19+ Policy apply together with these terms. Any game or offer with its own specific rules is also governed by those rules.
2. Bonuses
2.1 Our Promotion Terms apply to every promotion. Please read them before you join an offer.
2.2 If these terms and the Promotion Terms point in different directions on a bonus question, the Promotion Terms decide it for that offer.
3. One player, one account
3.1 One player, one account. No fresh-start second account, no account for a partner or friend. Duplicates get shut down, and any bonus linked to them is wiped.
3.2 Sign up with true details: your real name, birth date, home address and an email inbox you actually check. Update them when they change.
3.3 No first deposit clears until your ID and your playing location pass our checks. Extra paperwork can be asked for later on, say ahead of a withdrawal or after you change your details.
3.4 Your password stays secret. Anything done on your account counts as your activity, unless you email us fast to say someone else gained access.
4. Money in, money out
4.1 All balances, wagers and payments are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
4.2 Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Online Banking / Trustly, MuchBetter, Jeton or Bank Wire / Transfer. Minimum deposit: C$10.
4.3 Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Online Banking / Trustly, MuchBetter or Jeton. Minimum withdrawal: C$20.
4.4 Maximum withdrawal: C$4 000 per Interac transaction; C$40 000 by bank transfer.
4.5 Speed: 1 to 4 hours for most methods. Bank wire: up to 12 hours. The clock starts once identity checks are complete.
4.6 No fees, coming or going. Any payment method you link must carry your name. Withdrawals usually return to the deposit method, as long as it accepts payouts.
4.7 Your balance is for play, not for parking money. Deposits moved straight back out with almost no play can be checked under our Anti-Money Laundering Policy.
5. When these terms change
5.1 New laws, new games, new payment options. Each shift brings an update to these terms.
5.2 Each fresh version of these terms is posted here, stamped with its effective date. Got a change that seriously touches your funds or account? You hear about it by email before it applies.
5.3 Still playing after the new version starts? That counts as your acceptance. Disagree? Put the games down and email us asking us to close your account.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 We, or the parties who license to us, hold the rights in the Manitoba Casino name, its logo and all site design, wording and artwork. Every title stays with the studio that built it.
6.2 The site is for your personal play only. You may not copy, scrape, resell, frame or reuse our content anywhere else.
7. Limits of our liability
7.1 We run the site with care, yet we cannot guarantee that access will never be interrupted or that the site will be free of faults.
7.2 We take no responsibility for losses caused by your device or your internet connection, by payment delays outside our control, or by play that breaks these terms.
7.3 As far as the law permits, our total liability on a single claim will not exceed the account balance related to that claim.
7.4 Rights you hold under Canadian consumer law stay with you. This section does not remove them.
8. Complaints
8.1 If something goes wrong, email help@manitobacasino.app and include your username, the date, what happened and the game or payment concerned.
8.2 We confirm we have your message, look into it properly and send our answer with reasons by email.
8.3 Keep screenshots and transaction details. They help us resolve things faster.
9. Governing law
9.1 The laws of Manitoba, together with the federal laws of Canada that apply there, govern these terms.
9.2 Any dispute goes to the courts that have jurisdiction under those laws, except where the law of your place of residence offers you another option.
10. Who can play
10.1 19 or older. No exceptions. Our 19+ Policy sets out how we enforce it.
10.2 The tables are open to people in Canada only, and only in a province or territory where online gambling runs under the law. Any connection coming from outside the country gets blocked at the door. Canadian standards guide how we verify each player's age and identity, and how we shut money laundering out.
10.3 Anyone underage, anyone outside Canada and anyone with an active self-exclusion with us cannot play. Location is checked before deposits and during play.
11. Prohibited conduct
11.1 Off limits at Manitoba Casino:
- Holding several accounts, or betting through an account that isn't yours.
- Funding play with someone else's payment method.
- Colluding with fellow players to tilt the odds unfairly.
- Letting bots, scripts or other automated software play on your behalf.
- Exploiting bugs, faults or pricing errors.
- Bonus abuse as set out in our Promotion Terms.
- Fraud, deliberate chargebacks or money laundering.
- Abusing or threatening our staff in messages.
11.2 If we find any of the above, we may suspend the account, cancel the related bets and winnings, close the account, and pass details to the authorities where legally required.
12. Game rules, RNG and live games
12.1 Rules and payout details sit in the info screen inside every game. Check them before you play.
12.2 Random number generation picks every result on our slots and on digital table games. Past spins have zero pull on the next.
12.3 Live tables beam in from studios: real dealers, real cards, real wheels. What lands on the table stands. If the stream cuts out mid-round, the studio's rules for that game decide the outcome.
12.4 Any malfunction nullifies all payouts and plays. If our platform or a game glitches during a round, we scrap that round and refund the stake to your balance. Rounds already settled before the glitch stand as they are.
12.5 Where a result is disputed, our game records decide it.
