This page applies to every Manitoba Casino player who takes a bonus, spin or reward. Opting in switches these terms on, and they stay live until the bonus is used up, expires or gets removed. The offer takes centre stage, and the small print stays easy to read. Details below.

1. General rules

1.1 Bonuses are extras. They sit on top of your own cash, never in place of it.

1.2 Cash funds and bonus funds appear as two separate balances in your account, so it is always clear which money is which.

1.3 Each promotion lists its key details: minimum deposit, timing, wagering, eligible games and any caps. Those details and this page apply together.

1.5 All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

1.6 A bonus is never a reason to chase losses. If play stops feeling fun, our Safer Play page has limits and breaks ready to switch on.

2. Maximum conversion

2.1 Some offers cap the amount of bonus winnings you can turn into withdrawable cash. If there's a cap, the offer terms show it ahead of your opt-in.

2.2 At conversion, anything above that cap is removed.

2.3 For the welcome offer, the most you can receive is C$500 in bonus funds.

3. Stake ceiling with bonus funds in play

3.1 Certain offers limit the stake you can place on each bet while you are playing with bonus funds. Where such a limit applies, it is listed in that offer's terms.

3.2 Bets above that ceiling can lead to the winnings from those bets being removed.

4. One bonus at a time

4.1 You can have just one active bonus on your account at any time.

4.2 Before claiming another, you must complete the current bonus, give it up or allow it to expire.

5. Who can take part

5.1 To join any promotion you must:

be 19 or older;
be in Canada, somewhere local rules let you play online casino games;
hold one account only, in your own details;
have passed our checks on your identity and location;
not be self-excluded right now, and not be partway through a cooling-off period.

5.2 The welcome offer is open to new players only and is not available in Ontario.

5.3 One welcome offer claim per person, per household, per payment method and per device.

6. The current welcome offer

6.3 Net losses means what you lost on real money play during that 24 hour window, after your wins are counted.

7. Opting in

7.1 Before making the qualifying deposit, opt in to the offer from your account.

7.2 A bonus is only given if you opt in first. An offer cannot be added once the deposit has been processed.

7.3 Opting in means you agree to this page and to the details of that offer.

8. Bonus abuse and voiding

8.1 Bonuses exist for genuine play. The following counts as abuse:

opening extra accounts, or using shared details, devices or payment methods, to claim an offer again;
placing bets on opposing sides of the same outcome to meet wagering at little risk;
irregular play, such as sudden stake swings designed to game the terms;
exploiting errors in an offer or a game;
using bots or scripts to clear wagering.

8.2 Every reward, including rewards without wagering, falls under our irregular play policy.

8.3 Abuse spotted? We can wipe the bonus and everything won with it, shut the account out of future promotions and, in serious cases, close it under our Terms & Conditions.

9. Expiry

9.1 Welcome offer bonus funds last 7 days from the moment they land.

9.2 When the time limit expires, any bonus funds you have not used are taken off your account, and the wagering progress tied to them is lost.

9.3 Other promotions list their own time window in the offer details.

10. Wagering requirements and game contributions

10.1 Bonus funds from the welcome offer have a 1x wagering requirement. Once you have wagered the bonus amount one time, it converts. For example, a C$500 bonus requires C$500 in bets.

10.2 Other rewards, including free spins and prizes from the prize wheel, have no wagering requirement unless the offer states otherwise.

10.3 Not every game type counts equally toward wagering. Check the offer details for the contribution of slots, live dealer games, table games and game shows.

10.4 Games set at zero do not move the wagering counter. Excluded games are named in the offer.
